GM director advanced design Frank Saucedo features in a new video explaining the design process behind the new Elmiraj concept. Saucedo, who oversaw the concept's development at GM's advanced design studio in North Hollywood, California, talks about how the Elmiraj – the second in a series of three concept cars that began with last's year Ciel – is a study of how they can progress and evolve the carmaker's ‘Art and Science' design philosophy. GM's interior design manager Gael Buzyn and exterior design manager Niki Smart also feature, with Smart explaining how the Elmiraj concept is focused on the notion of ‘the drive' and has been designed to reflect dynamism while the Ciel was about ‘the journey', represented by a luxurious interior.

The World Series Limited Editions are based on the Dynamique trim level, but throw in a chunk of extra kit to make these World Series Limited Editions. The 2013 Audi RS6 Avant has been revealed with a V8 552bhp Twin Scroll Turbo delivering 0-62mph in 3.9 seconds and up to 190mph. The 2013 Audi RS6 Avant comes with a 552bhp version of the twin-scroll V8 found in the latest, most powerful Audis (and the Bentley Continental GT V8) which, despite being 28bhp down on the power of the old V10 RS6 (although it does have 37lb/ft more torque – 516lb/ft) can get to 62mph in a supercar-bashing 3.9 seconds and, in standard guise, 155mph. But spend more than the £77k Audi will want for the new RS6 Avant by opting for the Dynamic Package and top speed increases to 174mph.
